Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts to the 2nd International Conference of Epidemiology and Public Health (ICoEPH 2026). All submissions must be original, written in English, and not previously published or under consideration elsewhere. Each submission will undergo a peer review process conducted by the scientific committee. Accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings and may be considered for publication in affiliated journals.

General Requirements

Manuscripts must be written in clear and proper English and prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). Authors are required to follow the conference template and formatting guidelines before submission.

Manuscript Structure

The manuscript must follow the structure below:

Title
The title should be clear, concise, and informative, with a maximum of 20 words. It must be centered, bold, and written in Title Case.

Authors and Affiliations
Author names should be written as First name followed by Surname, with superscript numbers indicating affiliations. Affiliations must include Department, Faculty, Institution, City, Province/State, and Country. The corresponding author should be marked with an asterisk (*) and include an email address.

Abstract
The abstract should not exceed 200 words and must be written in a single paragraph. Use Times New Roman font size 10, single spacing, and justified alignment. The abstract should include background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Do not include references, tables, or figures. Provide 4–6 keywords separated by commas.

Main Text
Use Times New Roman font: headings (12 pt bold), subheadings (10 pt bold), and body text (10 pt normal), with single spacing and justified alignment. The main sections include:

  • Introduction: Present background information, define the research problem, explain its significance, and state the study objectives.
  • Methods: Describe study design, participants, data collection methods, and procedures. Ethical approval must be stated where applicable.
  • Results and Discussion: Present findings using tables and/or figures and interpret them critically. Compare results with previous studies and discuss implications and limitations.
  • Conclusion: Summarize key findings and provide implications or recommendations aligned with the study objectives.

Tables and Figures
Tables and figures should be placed as close as possible to their first mention in the text. Use 9-point Times New Roman font. Table captions should be placed above tables, while figure captions should be placed below figures. All tables and figures must be numbered and cited in the text. Ensure that figures are of high resolution.

References
References must follow the APA Style 7th edition. Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley to ensure consistency. Only cited sources should be included.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed 200 words. Use Times New Roman font size 10 with single spacing and justified alignment. The abstract must be written in a single paragraph and include background, objective, method, result, and conclusion. Do not include figures, tables, or references. Provide 4–6 keywords. The abstract must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

Acknowledgements (Optional)

Authors may acknowledge funding sources, collaborators, or institutions that contributed to the study.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements:

  • This submission complies with the conference Author Guidelines and formatting requirements.
  • This submission is original and has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.
  • All authors have approved the submission and agree to be listed as co-authors.
  • The manuscript is written in clear and proper English.
  • The manuscript follows the required structure (Title, Abstract, Main Text, References).
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness (APA 7th edition).
  • All tables and figures are properly numbered, labeled, and cited in the text.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish any copyrighted material (figures, tables, or datasets).
  • Ethical approval has been obtained and stated where required (for studies involving humans or animals).
  • The manuscript file is in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
