Author Guidelines
Manuscript Submission Guidelines
- Manuscripts must be written entirely in English.
- Submissions should be prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
- All submitted papers will undergo peer review by the scientific committee.
- Accepted manuscripts will be published in conference proceedings or considered for submission to affiliated journals.
Manuscript Structure
The manuscript must follow the sequence below:
Title
- The title should be clear, concise, and informative, with a maximum of 20 words (font 14pt).
- It must be centered, bolded, and written in Title Case.
Authors and Affiliations
- Author names should be written as First name followed by Surname, with superscript numbers indicating affiliations.
- Affiliations must include Department, Faculty, Institution, City, Province/State, and Country.
- The corresponding author should be marked with an asterisk (*) and include an email address.
Abstract
- The abstract should not exceed 200 words and be written in a single paragraph.
- Use 10-point Times New Roman, single spacing, and justified alignment.
- Do not include references, figures, or tables.
- It should cover background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
- Provide 4–6 keywords separated by commas.
Main Text
- Use Times New Roman font: headings (12 pt bold), subheadings (10 pt bold), and body text (10 pt normal), with single spacing and justified alignment.
- Section headings should be bold, while subheadings may be italicized or underlined.
Main Sections:
- Introduction – Present background, research problem, significance, and objectives.
- Methods – Describe design, participants, data collection, and procedures. Include ethical approval where applicable.
- Results and Discussion – Present findings, interpret critically, compare with previous studies, and discuss implications.
- Conclusion – Summarize findings and provide recommendations aligned with objectives.
Tables and Figures
- Place tables and figures near their first mention.
- Use 9-point Times New Roman font.
- Table captions above tables; figure captions below figures.
- All must be numbered and cited in the text.
- Ensure high-resolution figures.
References
- Follow APA Style 7th edition.
- Use reference tools such as Mendeley.
- Include only cited sources.
